Public call for co-financing of events of importance for the development of tourism in the City of Mostar for 2026

Based on Article 24 of the Statute of the Tourist Board of the City of Mostar, and at the proposal of the director Elvira Ćemalović, the Tourist Council of the Tourist Board of the City of Mostar has issued a Public Call for co-financing events of importance for the development of tourism in the City of Mostar for 2026.

The subject of this Public Call is the allocation of financial resources to support legal and natural persons offering to host tourism events that contribute to the promotion and development of tourism in the city of Mostar in 2026.

RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE
Legal and natural persons with headquarters in the city of Mostar who meet the following conditions have the right to participate in this Public Call:

1. are registered in Bosnia and Herzegovina with headquarters in the city area
Mostar,
2. expand and improve the tourist offer, especially in the city area
Mostar,
3. implement programs and projects in the field of tourism.

APPLICATION METHOD AND DEADLINE

Applications are submitted in a sealed envelope, by registered mail to the following address:

Bulevar Narodne revolucije Street No.: 15, 88000 Mostar With the indication: "Application for the Public Call - for co-financing of events of importance for the development of tourism in the City of Mostar for 2026."

The deadline for submitting applications is 15 days from the date of publication of the Public Call on the website of the Tourist Board of the City of Mostar www.exploremostar.ba and on the City of Mostar website www.mostar.ba.
Late and incomplete applications will not be considered.

APPLICATION DOCUMENTATION

Legal and natural persons interested in applying for this Public Call should submit the following documentation:

– Completed and signed application/application form downloaded from the website
TZGM pages, as well as the form for fulfilling special conditions;
– ID and VAT number of the applicant;
– If the applicant is in the VAT system, a confirmation of payment is required.
obligations or agreements of the applicant with the competent tax authorities
institutions about the rescheduled payment of obligations with the submission of a confirmation
that the applicant meets his obligations under the agreement;
– Proof of association registration/extract from the competent register, not older than
from 30 days/decision from the court register no older than 6 months;
– Bank confirmation that the applicant's bank account is active and free of
blockade;
– Confirmation from the Tax Administration that the applicant has no debts
paying taxes;
– Certificate of non-criminal record of the applicant's legal representative;
– Certificate that no criminal proceedings are being conducted against the applicant's legal representative
court proceedings;
– The applicant's balance sheet and operating results for the previous year
year with information on the budget status;
– Statement of the authorized person/legal representative of the applicant regarding
own participation;
– Statement by the authorized person/legal representative of the applicant that for
the same project activities have not been approved for costs from other sources, o
what the applicant needs to provide evidence of;
– Extract from the Statistical Office with data on classified activity
the applicant;
- Funds required for the implementation of the proposed project;

– Natural persons as applicants are not required to submit
documentation under ordinal numbers: 2, 3, 4, 6, 9 and 12.

FUNDING PROCEDURE

The Expert Commission of the Tourist Board of the City of Mostar will review and evaluate all received applications in accordance with the criteria set out in the Decision of the Tourist Board of the City of Mostar. The Expert Commission will make a proposal for the allocation of financial resources within 30 days from the date of closing the Public Call. The Director makes the Decision on the allocation of funds based on the proposal of the Expert Commission. The decision on the allocation of funds is final and will be delivered to the selected applicant via the official e-mail of the TZGM to the e-mail/contact provided by the applicant.

Applicants who have been awarded financial resources for co-financing by decision will conclude a contract with the GM Tourist Board on the allocation of funds, which regulates the rights and obligations of the beneficiaries of the financial resources and the GM Tourist Board.
The public invitation will be carried out by the Expert Commission composed of 5 members, which will be formed by the director of TZ GM. TZ GM will not support events that at any stage of implementation promote any form of discrimination, contain hate speech or ideological and political messages.

The agreement on the allocation of financial resources, in addition to the elements prescribed by law, contains the following:
– Payment method: upon submission of a report on the activities carried out,
submitting photos with the TZ GM Logo;
– Ineligible costs: TZ GM will consider as ineligible costs:
all costs that were not incurred in order to implement the event (salaries,
fees, procurement of equipment that is not necessary for the realization of the event,
purchases of cars, computer equipment, cameras, furniture and
similar).
- Prohibition of any form of discrimination during implementation
events.
– Report on spending of allocated funds with all receipts and everything
other necessary details that depend on the type and implementation of the event.
