UN Tourism offers an online course Destination marketing, intended for all those involved in the development and promotion of tourist destinations, who want to improve their knowledge and skills in modern destination marketing.
The course provides participants with practical tools for creating effective marketing plans for tourist destinations, with the aim of strengthening competitiveness, increasing tourist traffic and increasing visitor engagement. The program consists of four key modules:
market and environment analysis,
defining the marketing strategy,
implementation of the marketing mix,
evaluation of results and performance measurement.
Through video lectures, professional materials and knowledge tests, participants will learn how to analyze markets, competition and target groups, set strategic goals, implement marketing activities and measure their performance. The course is designed to help destinations successfully position themselves and develop into recognizable tourism brands.
