Notice on the interest-free line to support the tourism sector

The Federal Ministry of Environment and Tourism, in cooperation with the Development Bank of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, created and implements an interest-free line to support the tourism sector.

The interest-free credit line was designed in response to the need for additional support to the tourism sector, which is recognized as key to sustainable economic growth in strategic documents, including the Development Strategy of the Federation of BiH 2021-2027, the Tourism Development Strategy of the Federation of BiH 2022-2027, the Work Plan of the Government of the Federation of BiH and the Strategic Business Plan of the Development Bank of the Federation of BiH for the period 2024-2027.

The program provides 100% interest rate subsidies from the Federal Ministry of Environment and Tourism, as well as covering all loan processing costs.

Credit line terms:

– individual loan amount: up to max. 500,000.00 KM,

– repayment period: 8 years including a grace period of up to 12 months,

– interest rate 2,50% fixed per year,

- request processing fee: 0.50% one-time from the approved loan amount.
