On Wednesday, March 5, the director of the Tourist Board of the city of Mostar, Elvira Dilberović, and the popular Bosnian performer Zejd Šoto signed a cooperation agreement whereby the Tourist Board supports a concert organized as part of the "Ramadan in Mostar" event. As previously emphasized, the Tourist Board of the city of Mostar stated that this event has great tourist potential for Mostar, especially in the context of religious tourism.
"Cooperation with Zejda Šota and Mustafa Demirci represents another step towards strengthening the cultural and touristic identity of Mostar. For the fourth year in a row, the ``Ramadan in Mostar'' event attracts visitors not only from Bosnia and Herzegovina, but also from other countries, and shows the strength of Mostar as a cultural and spiritual destination. We are proud to be part of this important event and we hope that our city will continue to be a symbol of unity, tolerance and the beauty of tradition." "This concert will certainly enrich the Ramadan activities and contribute to the further affirmation of Mostar as one of the most important tourist centers in the region," said Dilberović.
The concert, which will be held on March 7, will enrich the cultural, spiritual and social life of Mostar during the month of Ramadan, and the audience will have the opportunity to enjoy top interpretations of ilahi and qasida.
"It is a great pleasure to be here, in Mostar, a city that is very important to me because a lot has happened here in my life. I feel a responsibility towards the audience and this important event, and I must say that there are not many cities in our country that can boast of such a Ramadan program." It is also an honor for me to perform together with the orchestra and the Turkish artist Mustafa Demirci, a great master of Sufi and dervish music, the author of the most beautiful spiritual music of Muslims," said Šoto.
We remind you that the manifestation "Ramadan in Mostar", organized by the City of Mostar and supported by the Tourist Board, is held for the fourth year in a row, and will last until March 30, at various locations throughout the city.
