Mostar successfully presented at the World Tourism Fair in London

Representatives of the Tourist Board of the City of Mostar, together with the delegation of the City of Mostar headed by Mayor Mario Kordić, participated in one of the most significant global events in the travel industry - the World Travel Market (WTM) London 2025, which was held from November 4 to 6 in ExCeL London.

This prestigious fair brought together thousands of tourism professionals, including travel agents, hoteliers, tour operators and representatives of destinations from all over the world and served as a central place for exchanging ideas, developing business opportunities and promoting tourist destinations to a global audience.

The Tourist Board of the City of Mostar presented the city's rich cultural and historical heritage, its unique gastronomic offer, traditional hospitality and numerous events that attract visitors from all over the world throughout the year.

Special emphasis was placed on the Old Bridge - a symbol of connection and a world-recognized cultural monument under the protection of UNESCO, as well as on the development of Mostar as a modern destination that successfully combines tradition and modernity.

Mayor Mario Kordić, who led the Mostar delegation, held a series of meetings with representatives from the world of tourism and investors during his stay in London. The talks were aimed at strengthening international cooperation, exchanging experiences and creating new opportunities for the development of tourism in Mostar.

"Participating in WTM was a great opportunity for Mostar to position itself on the global map of tourism. Our mission is to present Mostar as the city of the Old Bridge, but also as a modern, open and innovative destination that combines culture, nature and entrepreneurial spirit. Meetings with partners and investors at events like this are key to the development of sustainable tourism and the creation of new opportunities for our citizens," said Mayor Kordić.

At the joint stand with the Sarajevo Canton Tourist Board, Mostar was additionally promoted as a must-see destination in Southeast Europe, offering an authentic travel experience and a unique atmosphere that connects different cultures and traditions.

"Participation in this kind of event is extremely important for Mostar because it allows us to have direct contact with tour operators, investors and media from all over the world. Our goal is to position Mostar as an unmissable destination in the region of Southeast Europe, but also as a city that offers an authentic travel experience," said the Tourist Board of the City of Mostar.

The World Tourism Market (WTM) again this year offered exceptional opportunities for networking, business development and promotion. Participants from all over the world discussed new partnerships, shared experiences on the latest trends and presented their destinations to a global audience.

With their participation, the Tourist Board and the City of Mostar confirmed their commitment to the continuous development of the tourist sector and the promotion of Mostar as a destination that combines a rich past, the warmth of the hosts and authentic experiences for all visitors.
