Description
The tomb is located next to the Karadjoz Bey Mosque. Osman Đikić was initially buried in the harem at Carina, and in 1936 his remains were transferred to the harem next to the Karadjoz Bey Mosque.
Osman Đikić, a poet and journalist, born on January 6, 1879 in Mostar, was buried in this restored open dome on four pillars, in which there is a stone sarcophagus, with nothing, with an inscription, designed by the architect Aleksandar Derok. . He was educated in Mostar, Constantinople, Belgrade, Vienna. He was the editor of Gajret. He died on March 30, 1912 of tuberculosis.
