PUBLIC COMPETITION FOR THE EMPLOYMENT OF THREE WORKERS FOR AN INDEFINITE TIME
1. JOB TITLE
Expert advisor for general and legal affairs
1.1. JOB DESCRIPTION
• Participates in the development and innovation of general and individual normative acts;
• Keeps records of concluded contracts and monitors their implementation;
• Performs necessary tasks and activities related to the insurance of property and persons;
• Performs necessary tasks and activities related to determining and compensating for damage to the property of the Tourist Board;
• Maintains employee personal files;
• Keeps records of disciplinary proceedings and annual reports;
• Prepares documentation necessary for regulating employment relationships (employment contracts, service contracts, applications, deregistrations, decisions...);
• Provides expert advice and legal interpretations in the field of employment relations;
• Participates in public procurement procedures;
• Participates in the development of the Community's work program and financial plan;
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the superior.

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, working hours in one shift,
Indication of the duration of the trial period: Mandatory trial period of 3 (three) months.
1.2. CONDITIONS FOR CANDIDATES
A. General conditions:
• That he is a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina,
• That he is older than 18 years,
• That the candidate is not subject to Article IX.1. of the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, i.e. that he/she is not under indictment by the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia,
• That no criminal proceedings are initiated against the candidate,
• To have no private financial interest in the Community.
B. Special conditions:
• Higher education, VII level of professional qualification – graduate in law, or higher education of at least the first educational cycle of the Bologna system of studies (minimum 240 ECTS credits) in the legal profession, with at least 3 years of work experience after obtaining the professional qualification.
2. JOB TITLE
Expert Associate for Market Analytics and Statistics
2.1. JOB DESCRIPTION
• Coordinates work related to market analytics and statistics;
• Maintains and updates statistical registers;
• Submits statistical reports on all indicators;
• Based on the analysis, it provides suggestions for improving promotional activities on the domestic and foreign markets;
• Communicates with competent institutions, institutes, agencies, tourists and legal entities from the field of hospitality and tourism;
• Maintains statistics and analyzes the number of overnight stays and residence tax payments;
• Keeps statistics related to the payment of membership fees;
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the superior.

2.2. CONDITIONS FOR CANDIDATES

B. Special conditions:
• Higher education, VII level of professional qualification – social, technical or natural sciences, i.e., higher education of at least the first educational cycle of the Bologna study system (minimum 180 ECTS credits), with at least 1 year of work experience after obtaining the professional qualification.
3. JOB TITLE
Procurement, inventory, courier and driver officer
3.1. JOB DESCRIPTION
• Performs motor vehicle transportation tasks according to travel orders for the needs of the director, and upon the director's authorization, for other employees of the Tourist Board;
• Takes care of the technical condition, maintenance and servicing of Community vehicles;
• Responsible for maintaining hand tools and vehicle cleanliness;
• Takes care of the stock of spare parts for the vehicle and proposes their procurement;
• Keeps appropriate records;
• Performs courier services;
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the director.

Indication of the duration of the trial period: Mandatory trial period of 3 (three) months.
3.2. CONDITIONS FOR CANDIDATES

• That he is a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina,
• That he is older than 18 years,
• That the candidate is not subject to Article IX.1. of the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, i.e. that he/she is not under indictment by the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia,

A. Special conditions:
• KV/SSS/VKV, III or IV or V level of education, with at least 1 year of work experience after obtaining the education.
4. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Candidates are required to leave:
1. Signed Application for the public competition,
2. A short biography which must include, among other things, address, e-mail and contact telephone number,
3. Original diploma on professional training or a certified copy of the diploma that is not older than 6 months,
4. Certificate of facts from the PIO/MIO FBiH registry, which clearly shows the years of work experience in the profession that the candidate has, with the mandatory submission of a certificate clarifying the occupational codes from the certificate,
5. Original or certified copy of the Certificate of Citizenship that is not older than 6 months,
6. Original birth certificate or a certified copy that is not older than 6 months,
7. A signed statement from the candidate, certified by a competent authority, stating that Article IX.1 of the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina does not apply to the candidate, i.e. that he/she is not under indictment by the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia,
8. The candidate's signed statement certified by the competent authority that he has no private financial interest in the Tourist Board of the City of Mostar,
9. Medical certificate (not older than 6 (six) months)
10. Certificate from the competent court that no criminal proceedings are being conducted against the candidate (not older than 6 (six) months),
11. Certificate of impunity. (not older than 6 (six) months.
The attached documents must be originals or certified copies.
5. SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS
The competition remains open for 15 (fifteen) days from the publication on the website of the Tourist Board of the City of Mostar.
Incomplete, messy, and untimely applications will not be considered.

6. OTHER NOTES
All shortlisted candidates will be invited to an interview before the Public Competition Commission.
The means of communication used to invite candidates for interviews will be the candidate's email address.
Candidates will be informed about the date of the interview at least 5 days before the interview.
When conducting the competition procedure, the provisions of the Law on Supplementary Rights of Veterans and Members of Their Families in the Croatian National Army ("Official Gazette of the Croatian National Army", No.: 6/18, 4/21, 7/22 and 11/23) and by-laws will also apply.
After the recruitment procedure is completed, applications and documentation will not be returned to candidates who applied for this Public Competition.
