On the second day of the 46th International Tourism Fair in Belgrade, the director of the Mostar Tourist Board, Elvira Dilberović, met with representatives of the Turkish airline AJet.
This meeting brought significant confirmation for Mostar's air connectivity, since the establishment of a new direct line between Mostar Airport and Istanbul was announced.
As previously announced, the line will be available to passengers during the 2025 summer tourist season, from June 4 to October 22. The flights will be operated every Wednesday, and they will be operated by the airline company AJet.
This new route represents a significant step in improving Mostar's air connections with international destinations, which will further increase the number of tourists and business travelers choosing Mostar as their destination.
This initiative represents a continuation of efforts aimed at improving infrastructure and promoting tourism in Mostar and Herzegovina, and it is expected that the new connection with Istanbul will have long-term positive effects on the development of the region.
