Conference in Mostar: "Challenges and solutions - Transfer of good practices"

The Tourist Board of the city of Mostar, in cooperation with the Embassy of the Republic of France in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the French Institute in BiH, is organizing a conference called "Challenges and solutions - Transfer of good practices", which will be held on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, starting at 9:30 a.m., in the City Hall of the city of Mostar.

The goal of the conference is to bring together experts from different fields to discuss the current challenges facing society, the tourism sector and the environment, and to exchange examples of good practice and concrete solutions.

The conference will take place through two thematic sessions:

– Challenges and solutions for society and tourist communities,

– Environmental challenges and solutions.

"At this conference, we have brought together leading experts to try to define a path towards sustainable and applicable solutions," said the director of the Mostar City Tourist Board, Elvira Ćemalović.

After the official part of the conference, the event will be symbolically concluded with the planting of an olive tree in the courtyard of the City Hall - as a message of peace, cooperation and sustainability.
