Based on Article 45 of the Statute of the Tourist Board of the City of Mostar, and at the proposal of the director Elvira Ćemalović, the Tourist Council of the Tourist Board of the City of Mostar has issued a Public Call for co-financing of events of importance for the development of tourism in the City of Mostar for 2026.
The subject of this Public Call is the allocation of financial resources to support legal and natural persons offering to host tourism events that contribute to the promotion and development of tourism in the city of Mostar in 2026.
RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE
Legal and natural persons with headquarters in the city of Mostar who meet the following conditions are eligible to participate in this Public Call:
APPLICATION METHOD AND DEADLINE
Applications are submitted in a sealed envelope, by registered mail to the following address:
Tourist Board of the City of Mostar Street: Bulevar Narodne revolucije No.: 15, 88000 Mostar With the indication: "Application for the Public Call - for co-financing of events of importance for the development of tourism in the City of Mostar for 2026."
The deadline for submitting applications is 15 days from the date of publication of the Public Call on the website of the Tourist Board of the City of Mostar www.exploremostar.ba and on the City of Mostar website www.mostar.ba.
Late and incomplete applications will not be considered.

Natural persons as applicants are not required to submit documentation under numbers: 2, 3, 4, 6, 9 and 12.
FUNDING PROCEDURE
The Expert Commission of the Tourist Board of the City of Mostar will review and evaluate all received applications in accordance with the criteria set out in the Decision of the Tourist Board of the City of Mostar. The Expert Commission will make a proposal for the allocation of financial resources within 30 days from the date of closing the Public Call. The Director makes the Decision on the allocation of funds based on the proposal of the Expert Commission. The decision on the allocation of funds is final and will be delivered to the selected applicant via the official e-mail of the TZGM to the e-mail/contact provided by the applicant.

Applicants who have been awarded financial resources for co-financing by decision will conclude a contract with the GM Tourist Board on the allocation of funds, which regulates the rights and obligations of the beneficiaries of the financial resources and the GM Tourist Board.
The public call will be carried out by the Expert Commission composed of 3 members, which will be formed by the director of TZ GM. TZ GM will not support events that at any stage of implementation promote any form of discrimination, contain hate speech or ideological and political messages.
The agreement on the allocation of financial resources, in addition to the elements prescribed by law, contains the following:
– Payment method: upon submission of a report on the activities carried out, submission of photographs with the GM Tourist Board Logo;
– Ineligible costs: TZ GM will consider as ineligible costs all costs that were not incurred for the purpose of implementing the event (salaries, fees, procurement of equipment that is not necessary for the implementation of the event, procurement of cars, computer equipment, cameras, furniture, etc.).
- Prohibition of any form of discrimination during the implementation of the event.
– Report on the spending of allocated funds with all invoices and all other necessary details depending on the type and implementation of the event.
