Socializing on the Tepa: Presentation for craftsmen and a small baklava competition

Organized by the Chamber of Crafts of the Croatian National Theatre, and with the support of the Mostar Tourist Board, a presentation of the microcredit organization “Partner” was held on the Tepe.

Namely, a few days ago, a meeting was held in the premises of the Business Center of the Chamber of Crafts of the Croatian National Theatre, at which representatives of the microcredit organization “Partner” and the organizers extended the cooperation agreement and agreed on specific steps for the future development of craftsmen in Mostar. As a first step, a presentation of the microcredit organization was organized, which attracted a large number of interested craftsmen, and more favorable financing conditions for crafts activities were especially emphasized.

After the presentation, a competition in the preparation of traditional Mostar baklava was held, in which numerous members of the women’s association participated, and the jury included excellent experts in this sweet specialty.

Awards were awarded to the best competitors, and visitors enjoyed sweet delicacies and socializing. Members of the Mostar Tourist Board also attended the event, supporting local craftsmen and cultural activities.

This event was another step in the improvement of cooperation between microcredit organizations, craftsmen and the local community.
