Description
Tavern Taurus, which was founded in 1989, is only a hundred meters away from the Old Bridge in Mostar. In addition to excellent food and top service, it is accompanied by an interesting story. Namely, this tavern used to be a mill on Radobolja, a river that flows into the Neretva nearby. Right next to the tavern there is a small bridge called the Crooked Bridge. Legend has it that around 1558, the Old Bridge, which is under UNESCO protection, was built on its model.
Taurus offers you a rich selection of specialties made from fresh seafood, fish and meat, as well as famous Herzegovinian wines. In their kitchen, true culinary magic is created prepared from all types of fish such as: sea bass, sea bream, mullet, turbot, trout... They also offer a variety of salads and risottos such as octopus salad, mixed seafood salad and black risotto. Also, you can enjoy shrimp, shellfish, as well as various meat dishes.
