Lecture in Mostar: “Sustainable tourism – The role of tourist guides”
“Sustainable tourism – The role of tourist guides” is the name of the lecture that will be held on Saturday, February 22, 2025, starting at 7 p.m. in Mostar, in the hall under the bell tower of the Franciscan church.
Kristina Nuić Prka, a tour guide with many years of experience, will speak to the attendees about the topic of sustainable tourism, i.e. the development and management of tourist activities in a way that has minimal impact on the natural environment, culture and communities that are connected to tourist destinations in a way that provides long-term benefits for all participants in tourism, as well as the role of tourist guides.
The lecture, organized by the Mostar Franciscan Monastery, in cooperation with the Tourist Board of the City of Mostar, is intended for tour guides and all employees from the tourism sector.
