Interesting panels and performances: The Tourist Board of the City of Mostar and the City of Mostar at the International Economic Fair

The Tourist Board of the City of Mostar and the City of Mostar proudly announce their appearance at this year’s International Economic Fair, which will be held in Mostar from 8 to 12 April 2025.

Special emphasis will be placed on the promotion of the Mostar Pass card, a unique tourist service intended for visitors to Mostar. This card aims to increase the number of visits to cultural attractions and landmarks, and will also provide tourists with additional tools to better get to know the destination, making their stay in Mostar fulfilling and high-quality.

On the first day of the Fair, representatives of the Tourist Board of the City of Mostar, the City of Mostar, UNESCO and Tim Clancy, an expert in sustainable development and one of the creators of the Mostar Pass study, will present all the advantages and how this card works.

During the following days of the fair, other interesting presentations, performances and panel discussions will be organized. On Wednesday, April 9, a panel titled “Mostar’s Identity: Preserving Heritage through Crafts and Souvenirs” will be held. Representatives of the Herzegovina-Neretva County Chamber of Crafts, souvenir shop owners and artists will participate in this panel, and visitors will have the opportunity to see crafts, such as the work of goldsmiths, in person.

On Thursday, April 10, the Tourist Board of the City of Mostar, together with representatives of sports associations, is organizing the panel “Active Mostar for Active Tourism”, while the City of Mostar will present the panel “Life by the River: A New Shine for Buna and Bunica”, with the participation of the organizations People in Need and LDA Mostar.

The penultimate day of the Fair, April 11, is reserved for the panel “How Art Shapes Mostar”, where Mostar artists will share their vision of tourism development through their activities. Visitors will have the opportunity to witness the creation of murals by artists in front of the Rezon Association, talk about photography, and enjoy musical performances by the Mostar Rock School.

“We invite all interested parties to attend and participate in this rich and diverse program, which will cover key topics related to the development of Mostar, the preservation of cultural heritage, and the improvement of tourism,” said the Tourist Board of the City of Mostar.
