Description
Paxa House is the first olive oil tasting room in Bosnia and Herzegovina, located in the authentic ambience of the Old Franciscan Monastery in Potoci near Mostar (northern entrance to the city, main road M-17).
This tasting room offers visitors the opportunity to learn about the process of olive oil production, recognize its characteristics and enjoy tasting high-quality Herzegovinian PAXA oil through expertly guided programs.
Organized tours and guided tastings are available for individuals and groups, with prior reservation. The program also includes an educational section on olive growing and olive oil as part of the local tradition and gastronomy.
Summer opening hours:
From Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 19:00
Saturdays: by prior arrangement
They are closed on Sundays and holidays.
